History:
Originally Sailor Star Fighter from the planet Kinmoku. Came to Earth to find her Princess, Kakyuu, so that Kinmoku could be restored to its original, non-wasteland status. Used the identity as male idol Seiya Kou (Three Lights lead singer) as her guise in order to search for her Princess. Falls in love with Tsukino Usagi aka Sailor Moon and has to decide whether to simply leave Earth to its own devices or help in the battle against Evil Overlord Galaxia.
Personality:
dedicated, stubborn, confident, survivor's complex, arrogant, attention whore, provocative, direct, rude, quick-tempered, egoistical, a fighter, in love, prankish, childish, cheerful and sometimes considerate.

Synopsis:
Once upon a time, Sailor Star Fighter was basically doing her thing; protecting her Princess, Kakyuu, and her planet, Kinmoku, along with her two comrades, Sailor Star Healer and Sailor Star Maker. However, because the legendary Sailor Galaxiavery cleverly thought that the best way to end the Sailor Wars would be by hiding Chaos within her body and thus corrupting herself until Evil Overlord Galaxia was born, Kinmoku fell victim of Galaxia's lust for blood Star Seeds. As one of many, the planet was laid waste, except for Princess Kakyuu who fled and the three Sailor Starlights who followed her trail which eventually led them to Earth.
Despite their sorrow at 1) having watched all their kinsmen getting slaughtered and 2) now being unable to locate their Princess who has the power to restore their home, Sailor Star Fighter and company decided that the best course of action would be to start an all-male idol group and through their songs try to make contact to their Princess.A splendid idea, that...
With this plan in mind, Sailor Star Fighter takes on the form of one Seiya Kou, very much male and lead singer of the band "Three Lights", featuring also Sailor Star Healer as Yaten (the tiny, sour one) and Sailor Star Maker as Taiki (the tall, brainy one). Introducing smash hits such as"Chasin' After You" "Negareboshi he" and "Todokanu Omoi", the three (and especially Sailor-Star-Fighter-now-mostly-Seiya-Kou) soon gain national Japanese fame.
No matter how much they sing and no matter the amount of fangirls they attract, the Princess doesn't reveal herself. Somewhere in between feverishly searching and half-way losing hope, Seiya one fine day meets Tsukino Usagi (also known to some as Sailor Moon, but of course this identity is secret) and even though she's far from his biggest fan, not even knowing he's an idol and not at all impressed, things go as they often do when boywell, half-boy meets girl. He falls in love.
Around the same time, Star Fighter encounters Sailor Moon for the first time and thus discovers that there are other Senshi than her Princess with the power to restore something that has been corrupted into its original state. In entersafter a period of disbelief and distrust Fighter's first thought about maybe joining forces with the Solar System Sailor Senshi.
Not soon after, Seiya and his twomore reluctant co-stars transfer to the high school that Usagi and her friends attend and upon slowly getting closer to Usagi, Seiya's initial warm feelings only grow warmer. Learning that she has a boyfriend, albeit dead currently in America, his advances still don't wear off. Instead he soon feels an urge to tell her who she really is.
This also means that as Sailor Star Fighter and her two friends fight a never-ceasing flock ofdaily monsters Phages and gradually learn more about the Earth, Star Fighter's wish of joining in Sailor Moon's battle grows stronger, completely in opposition to the wishes of Star Healer and Star Maker who focus solely on searching for their Princess.
Thanks tothe-oh-so-cunning Sailor Aluminium Siren's success in luring Usagi on an airoplane so she has to give up her Star Seed to her, Seiya is eventually forced to transform into Star Fighter in front of the girl and consequently revealing his real identity. Much to Fighter's surprise, Usagi too transforms into a Sailor Senshi. Sailor Moon.
Now when they both know the entire truth about each other and have apologised for lying in the first place, Seiya and Usagi are even more set on fighting together, but this time the Outer Senshi step in to prevent the Starlights from interfering. In the midst of the situation, Seiya is injured when he tries to protect Sailor Moon like he promised her, causing Yaten and Taiki to take desperate measures to keep him away from Usagi. In spite of their best efforts and intentions, Seiya asks Usagi to come to one of Three Lights' live concerts. Even though he's hurt, he conveys to her in one of the songs the story of Kinmoku and Princess Kakyuu. This brings the two of them to a new and deeper level of understanding, but because he overworked himself, Seiya collapses... later waking up in the fair City...
Character Abilities:
After transforming into Sailor Star Fighter with "Fighter Star Power - Make Up!", she cantotally kick your arse with the use of her Star Yell - a small star-shaped device, launch her attack "Star Serious Laser": a blue blast of energy. Besides that trick, she's pretty nifty at fist-fighting. You agree, ne, Uranus?
In the form of Seiya Kou, he is a good singer, plays the guitar and writes songs. He's also pretty talented with a basketball, but is mostly engaged in American football.
Character Personality:
Note: Seiya is here always referred to as "he", even when in Senshi form, simply to keep it all... simple. I am aware that he's a she in Senshi form, but seeing that Fighter will mostly be in her civilian form in the City, it's just the easiest. If and when I play Seiya in Sailor Star Fighter mode, I'll be consequent about referring to her as "she".
Both as Sailor Star Fighter and in his civilian form, Seiya is very dedicated and more than anything he hates losing and/or being told that he doesn't suffice, something that results in a fierce stubbornness. Tell Seiya that something he's set his mind up to is impossible and he'll prove you wrongor get hurt trying. This is true both when it comes to his relationship to Usagi and his belief in working together with the Solar System Sailor Senshi.
Because of his position as lead singer in the band and apparent leading role among the three Sailor Starlights, Seiya comes off as very confident in his own abilities. However, beneath the self-confident appearance, he shares a survivor's complex with his two comrades; something that might make him want to do his best, but also leads him to fear failureagain.
He's often very arrogant, not only enjoying attention and recognition, but also expecting it and reacting with something in between amusement and irritation when he doesn't get it. The other Starlights think him childish, both because of this, but also because Seiya has a tendency of using his fame as an idol to show off his own abilities - often in rather provocative ways. Nursing a quick temper really doesn't help his image in that aspect either.
Seiya is very direct and doesn't beat around the bushes. He's not afraid to tell Usagi that he likes her(after all, it's not his fault that she's completely oblivious) and only keep things secret that he deems necessary, even then feeling bothered by not being able to tell her.
Due to his confidence and stubbornness, Seiya often seems very egoistical; like a person that sometimes - to follow his own pleasures - wants to forget his real objective with being on Earth. To find Princess Kakyuu. To return to Kinmoku. Not to be with blonde girls who are Princesses for another group of Sailor Senshi. However, behind his sometimes childlike ego, Seiya is actually a character who cares for others and wish them the best - wanting to do whatever he can to ensure their happiness. This is partly what makes him, much earlier than any of the other Starlights, acknowledge helping Sailor Moon as a possibiliy. Because he doesn't want them (and especially Sailor Moon) to lose everything... like he has.
Despite everything that speaks against it, Seiya is strongly devoted to his Princess, but because Usagi's warm light reminds him of Kakyuu, the similarity slowly makes his focus stray from his Princess to Sailor Moon/Tsukino Usagi - something that causes both guilt and frustration in him for not having the strength to choose between them or fully dedicate himself to both. Eventually his admiration for Usagi develops into real love, only making the distance to his Princess appear much greater.
Beneath all the confusion and angst that is caused by being in love with someone who doesn't fully return his feelings and the general solitude of being away from his Princess, Seiya is a pretty easy-going character. He likes the spotlight and loves attention to a irritating degree - always with a prankish edge to him that either makes people love him or want to hit him over the head. Nevertheless, generally his cheerfulness makes him more likable than notwell, most of the time, and when it doesn't force him to compromise his ideals and beliefs, he can show some consideration and understanding. Always with that smirk on his lips, though...
